At Access Denied, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase, provided it is in its original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the 'Order History' tab to choose the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.
Pack with Care
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
